质量目标制定 根据公司战略和市场需求，制定软硬件开发端到端质量目标，包括售后市场一级质量目标与开发过程二级质量目标，并协调各部门资源达成共识； 质量交付与验收 基于公司IPD开发流程，策划软硬件开发过程质量验收管理活动，将核心活动落入到具体开发过程中，跟踪并推进相关质量交付物达成阀点质量目标要求（避免落入文档交付陷阱）； 并对各质量阀点制定对应的质量验收计划以及验收标准，含设计数据/功能验收、供应商出件验收评审、软硬件测试验收、生产制造过程以及出货验收等一系列质量验收活动，为产品研发提供质量保障； 质量问题分析及管理 负责软硬件开发过程全量质量问题的统计与解析，具备较强的业务敏感度与数据分析能力，识别共性与潜在风险问题； 针对历史重点质量问题进行复盘，推动迭代开发设计标准、测试验证标准、制程管控优化措施等，确保新项目横展规避； 针对跨部门专项问题或复杂问题，进行专项牵头分析及协调各部门分解问题并推进问题解决； 质量体系与标准 监督IPD流程的执行情况，并根据质量目标、质量活动、质量验收以及质量问题复盘持续迭代IPD开发流程及相关质量活动，注意优化项的闭环落地，团队赋能等； 建立和维护产品研发的质量标准和规范，确保产品研发过程的一致性和可追溯性。 协助输出适合具身智能开发的质量管理流程体系。

本科及以上学历，自动化、机器人、计算机、车辆工程、电子信息、嵌入式软件等相关专业， 有过整车或机器人或自动驾驶系统相关质量管理实习经验优先； 沟通协调能力：具备出色的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够跨部门协作推动项目进展及问题解决（强需求）； 热爱机器人行业，主动积极，具备自驱能力与一定的抗压能力，并能够在复杂环境下具备闭环管理能力；
