1. 负责电商店铺的日常维护与更新，包括商品上下架、信息维护、价格调整及库存核对； 2. 参与店铺首页、商品详情页、Banner及活动页面的优化，提升店铺整体形象和用户体验； 3. 负责新品拍摄跟进、图片及文案整理、商品发布等工作； 4. 协助优化商品标题、卖点及详情页内容，提升商品曝光和转化效果； 5. 跟踪访客量、转化率、GMV等核心经营数据，整理日常数据报表并发现基础问题； 6. 参与店铺促销活动的策划、配置、执行与效果复盘； 7. 收集竞品、平台规则及行业趋势信息，为商品和运营策略优化提供参考。

1. 2027届本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、工商管理、统计学等相关专业优先； 2. 对电商运营感兴趣，了解淘宝、京东、抖音电商、小红书等平台的基础运营规则； 3. 具备基础的数据分析能力，能够使用Excel完成数据整理和分析； 4. 具备一定的文案能力和用户视角，能够提炼产品卖点； 5. 认真细致、执行力强，具备良好的沟通协作和任务推进能力； 6. 有电商运营、校园店铺运营或相关项目经历者优先； 7. 会使用Photoshop、Canva等图片处理工具者优先。
