核心职责 1.可靠性测试体系：制定整机与子系统可靠性测试规范及验收标准（MTBF、寿命指标、环境适应性），覆盖关节模组寿命、电池充放电循环、整机长时间运行耐久等专项指标。 2.环境与机械应力测试：主导高低温运行 / 存储、温度循环、湿热、IP 防护等级、振动与机械冲击、跌落等试验的设计与执行，依据标准制定试验剖面。 3.关节与运动系统耐久：设计关节模组（电机 + 减速器 + 驱动器）寿命加速试验及台阶 / 爬坡 / 负载等工况耐久方案，建立载荷谱与失效模型，输出寿命评估与改进建议。 4.电池系统可靠性：规划电池循环寿命、快充策略验证、高低温充放电、过充过放保护等测试，协同硬件团队落实安全合规要求。 5.通信与远程控制可靠性：验证 Wi-Fi / 4G / 5G / 图传链路在弱网、干扰、远距离场景下的连接稳定性与控制时延，以及 OTA 升级成功率与失败恢复机制。 6.失效分析与闭环：主导测试失效件的根因分析（配合研发拆解定位），以 FMEA / FTA 驱动设计改进与可靠性增长，跟踪问题归零。 7.数据与报告：建立可靠性数据库，用 Python / Minitab 等工具做数据分析，输出测试报告与可靠性评估报告，支撑产品发布（Go/No-Go）决策。

1.可靠性等相关专业，对机器人有浓厚兴趣； 2.熟悉可靠性设计、可靠性分配、可靠性加速等理论； 3.具备良好的学习能力和责任心，愿意在实战中快速成长； 4.良好的沟通与团队协作能力，能够积极主动参与项目推动； 5.有过机器人公司(无人机/自动驾驶/机器人公司均可)的实习经历优先； 6.有三个月以上的实习经验优先。
