售前服务职责（占比40%） 1. 技术需求评估与方案设计: 在销售阶段，将参与客户的技术需求评估工作。与销售团队合作，需要与潜在客户进行深入的技术沟通，理解他们的业务需求、技术环境与系统集成要求。基于这些需求，将参与制定初步的技术解决方案，包括系统架构建议、集成方案、实施时间表等。 2. 初期部署规划与协调: 在合同签署后、项目正式启动前，将参与初期的部署规划工作。这包括制定详细的部署计划、协调内部资源与外部合作伙伴、识别潜在的技术风险、制定风险应对措施。需要与客户进行充分的沟通，确保双方对部署计划达成一致，并为后续的现场部署做好充分的准备。 3. 现场部署与系统验收: 将参与机器人产品在客户现场的安装、调试、集成与测试工作。需要指导现场技术团队完成系统的安装与配置，进行系统性能验收测试，确保产品达到合同规定的技术指标与性能要求。 4. 合作伙伴协调: 在部署阶段，需要与本地的集成商、硬件供应商等合作伙伴进行有效的协调与沟通，确保各方能够按时、按质完成各自的工作。需要建立清晰的沟通机制与责任分工，及时解决合作中出现的问题，推进项目的顺利进行。

售后服务职责（占比60%） 1. 客户技术支持与问题解决：将为客户提供全面、及时的技术支持服务。这包括对客户在产品使用过程中遇到的各类技术问题进行快速诊断、分析与解决，建立完善的技术支持响应机制，确保关键问题在规定时间内得到解决。需要通过电话、邮件、远程协助等多种渠道与客户进行沟通，清晰地解释技术问题的根本原因，并为客户提供易于理解的解决方案。 2. 客户培训与能力建设：将承担客户技术培训的重要职责，通过系统化的培训课程帮助客户团队掌握产品的操作、维护与故障排查技能。这包括为新用户提供入门培训、为客户管理员提供深度的系统管理与配置培训、为客户技术人员提供故障排查与维护指南。 3. 定期客户维护与关系管理：将建立定期的客户维护机制，通过定期回访、系统健康检查、性能优化建议等方式，主动为客户提供价值。需要定期与客户进行技术沟通，了解产品在其业务中的运行状态、使用效果与存在的问题，并根据客户的需求提供针对性的优化建议。
