临界点AGILINK是智元孵化的、专注灵巧操作的具身智能机器人公司，致力提供可靠、高性能的灵巧操作与数据闭环解决方案。产品覆盖针对不同场景的高中低三档灵巧手、夹爪、数采终端等。

1. 负责视触觉传感器多维度仿真分析工作，涵盖力学仿真、光学仿真，为传感器方案设计、参数选型提供数据支撑。 2. 搭建传感器仿真模型，针对柔性触控形变、压力分布、光学光路传输、光学成像等场景进行模拟分析，预判设计缺陷与性能风险。 3. 基于仿真模型，生成弹性体形变数据，分布力学数据，图像仿真数据，并与真实传感器比较，减小sim2real差异。 4. 结合实测数据校准仿真模型，持续优化模型精度，建立标准化仿真流程、仿真数据库与参数规范，支撑产品迭代与新品预研。 5. 配合结构、材料、光学、系统团队，针对产品可靠性、稳定性、精度问题开展专项仿真分析，定位问题根源，输出优化方案并跟进落地验证。

1. 硕士及以上学历，力学、光学、材料、机械、自动化、仿真工程等相关专业，有传感器、精密器件多物理场仿真经验。 2. 熟练使用ANSYS、COMSOL、Zemax、ABAQUS等主流仿真软件，精通力学、光学单场及多物理场耦合仿真。 3. 熟悉视触觉传感器结构、材料、光学及电路基本特性，能够独立完成仿真建模、参数设置、结果分析、方案优化，输出专业仿真报告。 4. 具备仿真模型校准、数据对标能力，能够结合实测数据迭代优化仿真体系，有柔性传感器、光电传感器仿真经验者优先。 5. 具备较强的逻辑分析能力和问题拆解能力，能够通过仿真预判并解决研发过程中的各类性能问题。
