1. 参与端云一体集群的建设，支持端云任务的平台的无差异调用。 2. 负责端云互联相关后端服务的设计与开发，覆盖 gRPC、HTTP、消息队列、文件传输、流式数据通道等通信方式。 3. 面向跨地域、弱网、边缘设备、异构环境等场景，优化链路可靠性、传输吞吐、端到端延迟、异常恢复与数据一致性。 4. 设计和实现高可靠数据传输能力，包括断点续传、分块传输、分块校验、数据完整性校验、失败重试、限流、背压与传输加密等机制。 5. 负责代码重构，后端性能优化等工程卓越相关业务，优化平台软件架构。 6. 推动通信链路相关的性能评估、问题定位和优化闭环，沉淀通用组件、SDK、设计文档和最佳实践。 7. 推动代码规范、测试与发布流程、SLO/SLI/告警标准化，沉淀设计文档/RFC/组件复用。 8. 参与整个团队的后端技术长期建设。

1. 编程基础：扎实的 Python或Golang工程能力，熟悉常见数据结构、并发编程、异步 I/O、接口设计、类型标注、依赖管理与工程化实践。 2. 具备良好的代码规范、工程意识和问题闭环能力，可快速定位网络卡顿、丢包、延迟高、线程阻塞、内存泄漏、GC抖动等问题。 3. 熟练掌握 REST、gRPC 接口设计规范，精通 API 版本化、统一错误码、幂等性、向后兼容等工程原则，熟练使用 Proto、JSON Schema 做接口契约治理。 4. 具备完整的服务容错与流量治理落地能力，可独立实现超时控制、指数退避重试、限流、背压模块，针对TCP信令、UDP流媒体、GPU张量传输等不同链路做差异化容错，规避重试风暴、网络抖动、链路超时等问题，保障跨服务、跨版本通信稳定。 5. 熟练掌握常见的中间件的使用和维护，如 MongoDB，PostgreSQL，Redis，RabbitMQ 等。 6. 熟悉通信安全技术（TLS/SSL, 数字证书、加密算法）。 7. 理解分布式系统和微服务架构基础，了解服务发现、负载均衡、限流、熔断、可观测性、故障恢复等常见后端设计方法。 8. 熟悉 Linux/Unix 基础操作，具备较强的日志分析、网络排查、性能分析和问题定位能力。 9. 具备交叉编译、容器化、多端部署的软件设计能力。 10. 组件化与复用：对模块化/插件化/依赖隔离有深入理解，能沉淀可复用组件与 SDK，提升平台化能力。 11. 容器化与交付：熟练 Docker/Kubernetes 基本运维与部署，掌握 CI/CD（GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/ArgoCD 等）与多环境分层（dev/stg/prod）；具备多端部署/交叉编译经验更佳。 12. 具备相关领域的后端研发经验。
