酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1，负责新产品DFM评审，以工艺实现角度识别风险点，输出设计优化建议，提升产品设计质量和可量产性； 2，负责工艺方案设计和验证优化，输出工艺规程文件； 3，统筹组装工站交付和验收，将工艺详细方案和要求落地到实体工站中； 4，跟进项目试产，分析和解决制程装配相关问题，优化组装手法，优化工艺参数，进行DOE验证等； 5，负责产品工艺问题解决，包括异常定位分析、改善措施推进落地等，并负责转量产期间的难题攻坚和制程收敛； 6，输出组装治具设计方案，优化组装质量和效率。

1，机械/电子/材料等相关专业； 2，熟悉CREO、Solidworks等三维专业软件，有一定治具设计能力； 3，有一定的失效分析经验，能熟练使用常见的不良分析工具，并具备一定的数据分析、处理能力； 4，逻辑清晰、沟通协调能力强，做事认真负责。
