1、负责人形机器人环境感知核心算法研发，构建统一的环境理解模型，为导航与决策提供可靠的语义与几何信息。 2、研发 BEV（Bird's-Eye-View）感知算法，实现多相机 / 多模态特征在统一空间下的融合与目标检测、可行驶 / 可通行区域估计。 3、研发 Occupancy（OCC）占用栅格 / 占用网络算法，实现对三维空间通用障碍物、动静态物体的稠密语义占用预测。 4、构建以视觉为中心、多传感器融合的端到端感知大模型，探索感知与导航联合训练的技术路线。 5、负责感知模型的数据闭环、模型迭代、量化压缩与端侧实时部署优化。

1、2027 届硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业。 2、扎实的深度学习与计算机视觉基础，熟悉目标检测、语义分割、多模态融合、Transformer 等。 3、熟悉以下至少一个方向并有项目 / 论文 / 竞赛经验： （1）BEV 感知（BEVFormer / BEVDet / LSS / PETR 等）； （2）Occupancy 预测（OccNet / TPVFormer / SurroundOcc 等）； （3）多传感器（相机 + LiDAR）时序融合感知。 4、熟练掌握 Python 与 PyTorch，熟悉主流感知框架（MMDetection3D / OpenPCDet 等），具备 C++ 工程能力者优先。 加分项： 1、自动驾驶 / 机器人感知项目经验、顶会论文、Nuscenes / Waymo / Occupancy 等榜单成绩、模型部署与推理优化经验。
