1. 负责机器人产品开发中硬件项目管理工作； 2. 负责项目计划制定、评审和发布，监控整个计划的执行，识别项目执行风险并及时采取措施解决，确保项目顺利实施； 3. 与职能部门充分沟通和协调，及时解决项目开发过程中出现的问题和风险，保证项目按时按质交付； 4. 负责对项目进展进行分析和度量，定期发布相关项目分析报告。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械/电机/电科相关专业 2. 逻辑分析能力强，有主动发现问题和解决问题的能力，有责任心敢担当； 3. 较强的执行力、领导力、沟通协调能力与团队协作精神；优秀的逻辑思维和表达能力。
