临界点AGILINK是智元孵化的、专注灵巧操作的具身智能机器人公司，致力提供可靠、高性能的灵巧操作与数据闭环解决方案。产品覆盖针对不同场景的高中低三档灵巧手、夹爪、数采终端等。

1. 负责视触觉传感器核心功能材料的选型、评测、导入与优化，涵盖柔性传感表面弹性体材料，匹配传感器触觉感知、光学成像的核心性能需求。 2. 研究各类传感材料的电学、力学、光学特性，分析材料参数（灵敏度、线性度、重复性、透光率、柔韧性、耐老化性）对传感器整机性能的影响，建立材料性能评估体系。 3. 主导新材料、新工艺的技术预研与落地测试，开展材料配方调试、贴合工艺、固化工艺、表面处理工艺优化，解决材料失效、信号漂移、透光不均、柔性疲劳等核心问题。 4. 负责材料供应商对接、样品验证、来料标准制定，输出材料规格书、测试报告、工艺规范，保障材料供应稳定性与性能一致性。 5. 配合结构、系统、仿真团队，针对产品测试、量产过程中的材料相关问题进行复盘优化，迭代材料方案，提升传感器精度、稳定性与使用寿命。

1. 本科及以上学历，材料科学与工程、高分子材料、光电材料、柔性电子等相关专业。 2. 熟悉弹性体材料，压敏材料、柔性薄膜、光学透光材料、导电材料的特性及应用场景，掌握材料性能测试、表征方法（力学测试、光电参数测试、老化测试等）。 3. 了解传感器封装、贴合、固化工艺，能够独立开展材料选型、测试、迭代优化工作，具备新材料预研和技术落地能力。 4. 熟悉材料量产适配要求，具备供应商对接、标准制定经验，有视触觉传感器、柔性电子传感器材料研发经验者优先。 5. 具备严谨的实验思维、数据分析能力，善于复盘解决材料性能缺陷问题。
