临界点AGILINK是智元孵化的、专注灵巧操作的具身智能机器人公司，致力提供可靠、高性能的灵巧操作与数据闭环解决方案。产品覆盖针对不同场景的高中低三档灵巧手、夹爪、数采终端等。

面向机器人灵巧手 / 末端执行器电子皮肤触觉传感系统，负责触觉信号预处理、力场重建、传感器标定算法开发与优化；打通从原始触觉信号到接触力、接触位置、滑移信息的解算链路，完成标定方案设计、模型验证与工程化落地，支撑电子皮肤从 Demo 到量产交付。 1. 触觉信号与标定算法方案设计 针对压阻 / 电容型柔性电子皮肤特性，设计信号预处理、温度补偿、串扰抑制、迟滞 / 蠕变校正算法；开发接触力分布重建、接触定位、滑移识别等解算模型，确定整体算法与标定技术路线，输出算法方案与指标规范。 2. 标定系统搭建与标定方案开发 设计静态 / 动态标定实验方案，搭建标定测试平台；研究多点力标定、温度标定、循环老化标定方法，采集标定数据集，构建标定数据集管理规范；开发自动化标定流程，减少人工标定成本。 3. 算法开发、验证与迭代优化 使用 Python/C++ 完成触觉算法编码实现；基于标定数据训练 / 拟合解算模型，评估传感器精度、重复性、动态响应；针对蠕变、温漂、滞后、通道不一致等痛点持续优化模型，提升触觉输出质量。 4. 传感系统联调 协同硬件、材料、结构工程师，完成电子皮肤、读出电路、数采设备的软硬联调；定位信号噪声、漂移、串扰等问题，区分材料、电路、算法层面根因，联合制定优化方案。 5. 算法工程化与量产落地 将标定和解算算法移植到嵌入式端，做性能、内存、实时性优化；制定量产产线标定流程、测试标准与验收规范；解决量产批次一致性带来的标定适配问题，支撑产线自动化标定。 6. 文档沉淀与跨团队协作 输出算法设计文档、标定手册、测试报告、产线标定 SOP；沉淀数据集、模型、失效案例；协同产品、触觉研究员、硬件团队对齐性能目标，支撑灵巧手触觉功能交付。

1. 硕士及以上学历，自动化、测控、机器人、计算机、应用数学等相关专业；有传感器标定、信号处理相关算法经验。 2. 扎实的信号处理基础，熟悉滤波、曲线拟合、温度补偿、非线性校正；熟悉机器学习基础，能基于实验数据构建回归模型。 3. 熟练使用 Python 进行数据处理与算法原型开发；具备 C/C++ 嵌入式算法移植经验优先。 4. 了解柔性触觉传感器（压阻 / 电容）特性，理解迟滞、蠕变、温漂、串扰等非理想特性，有触觉传感器标定项目经验优先。 5. 能够独立设计标定实验、搭建测试平台，擅长实验数据分析、误差溯源与模型优化。 6. 加分项： - 机器人灵巧手、电子皮肤、柔性压力阵列传感器项目经验； - 熟悉力控、滑移检测、触觉图像重建； - 熟悉 ROS，具备实时数据采集与可视化开发经验； - 熟悉自动化测试台开发。
