1、负责人形机器人空间感知与三维重建核心算法的研发，构建机器人对周围环境的几何与语义统一表征。 2、研发多传感器融合 SLAM（相机 / LiDAR / IMU / 足式里程计等）算法，解决人形机器人高鲁棒定位与建图问题。 3、探索并落地 feed-forward 3D 重建（如 DUSt3R / MASt3R / VGGT 类方法）、3D Gaussian Splatting 高斯重建等前沿三维表征技术，实现实时、稠密、可微的场景重建。 4、推动空间智能模块与下游感知、导航、运控模块的协同设计，参与端到端系统的联合优化与真机部署。

1、2027 届本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、机器人、数学、物理等相关专业。 2、扎实的多视图几何、三维视觉、计算机视觉与优化理论基础，熟悉相机模型、位姿估计、Bundle Adjustment、因子图优化等。 3、熟悉至少一个方向并有实际项目 / 论文经验： 4、多传感器融合 SLAM / VIO / LIO（如 FAST-LIVO2、VINS-FUSION、OpenVINS等）； 5、Feed-forward 3D 重建 / MVS / 深度估计； 6、3D Gaussian Splatting / NeRF / 可微渲染。 7、熟练掌握 C++ 与 Python，熟悉 PyTorch，具备良好的工程实现与算法落地能力。 8、加分项：顶会论文（CVPR / ICCV / ECCV / NeurIPS / ICRA / CoRL 等）、SLAM / 重建相关开源贡献、CUDA 编程经验、真机或仿真部署经验。
