The posting

（1）投入高保真物理仿真引擎研发，优化刚柔耦合动力学、多接触碰撞与摩擦力建模、软体与可变形物体仿真技术，参与底层物理求解器加速与GPU并行计算优化，提升仿真环境对复杂物理交互的还原度与计算实时性。 （2）投入Sim2Real迁移与虚实对齐算法研究，优化域随机化策略、系统辨识、物理参数自动回归、虚实传感器噪声建模与差异弥合技术，参与虚实轨迹对比分析与真机迁移验证，提升具身智能策略从仿真到物理世界的迁移成功率与泛化表现。 （3）投入大规模具身仿真场景构建与数据生成算法开发，优化程序化环境生成、交互资产构建、大规模并行采样、分布式渲染与训练架构加速技术，参与感知与控制算法的闭环仿真测试验证及数据管线搭建，提升海量高质量具身交互数据的生产效率与模型训练迭代速度。

（1）计算机、软件、自动化、机械、电子、数学、精密仪器等相关专业本科、硕士、博士在读同学； （2）有以下任一经验者优先： a. 编程基础扎实，掌握python/C/C++编程语言，熟悉pytorch/cuda等AI开发框架，有良好的架构设计和编程习惯； b. 具有AI训练、AI推理、CV、深度学习、模型部署等AI算法相关经历； c. 具有机器人多模感知、路径规划、运动控制、建图定位相关算法研究和开发经历； d. 具备较强的新技术和新架构研究能力，可快速跟踪洞察业界最前沿AI领域技术； e. 具备独立工作能力和解决问题的能力。
