酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1.负责机器人产品的售后维修、故障诊断与修复，保障维修质量与时效； 2.主导常见故障的根因分析，输出维修方案与预防措施； 3.负责维修流程、SOP、作业规范的制定与优化； 4.跟踪维修数据，分析高发故障类型与共性问题，反哺研发与品质改进； 5.配合客服、技术支持团队，提供复杂问题的远程或现场技术支持； 6.负责维修工具、备件、耗材的管理与维护； 7.参与产品可靠性测试与质量改进项目，推动产品MTBF持续提升。

1.本科及以上学历，电子工程、信息工程、机械电子、自动化等相关专业； 2.熟悉常用电子电路、传感器、电机驱动等原理，能看懂原理图与PCB； 3.熟练使用示波器、万用表、烙铁等维修工具与仪表； 4.具备较强的故障定位与动手能力，能独立完成中等复杂度的维修任务； 5.具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能耐心与客户/内部团队协作； 6.有机器人、消费电子、智能硬件维修经验者优先； 加分项 1.有产品FA（失效分析）经验； 2.熟悉BGA返修、芯片级维修等高级维修技能； 3.有售后维修团队管理经验。
