The posting

负责灵巧手操作与机器人感知的核心算法研发，覆盖从仿真建模、运动控制、强化学习到视觉感知的完整技术链路，构建“看得懂、抓得住”的具身智能系统，在真实机器人平台上积累可落地的全栈经验。

1. 灵巧手操作算法： - 在MuJoCo或Isaac Gym/Lab环境下搭建灵巧手/机器人模型，完成参数标定与物理特性调优。 - 实现运动学正逆解与动力学分析，负责强化学习/模仿学习策略的训练与测试。 - 负责Sim-to-Real全流程：处理数据、调试控制逻辑、优化迁移效果，缩小仿真与真机差距。 - 开发遥操作系统，优化重定向算法，支持高效数据采集与技能泛化。

2. 机器人感知算法： - 研发与优化目标检测、分割、位姿估计等视觉感知算法。 - 融合RGB-D与触觉等多模态信息，提升物体识别与抓取点预测精度。 - 处理场景点云与物体级点云，支持语义理解与几何分析。 - 部署视觉模型至真机平台，优化推理速度与资源占用。

3. 系统集成与迭代： - 配合团队提供语义地图、物体属性等感知输出，支撑灵巧手决策与操作。 - 跟踪机器人操作与感知领域最新成果，完成关键论文的复现与改进。

1. 教育背景：硕士及以上，控制、机器人、自动化、计算机、AI等相关专业。

2. 技能要求： - 熟悉机器人学基本原理（坐标变换、FK/IK、动力学方程）。 - 具备Python/C++编程能力，熟悉ROS2、基本架构。 - 熟悉至少一种物理仿真器（e.g. MuJoCo、Isaac Gym/Lab、PyBullet）。 - 了解基础的数值优化（如QP求解）及经典控制理论（PID、LQR） 熟悉目标检测（YOLO、DETR）、分割（SAM）或位姿估计（FoundationPose）等感知算法。 - 熟悉点云处理算法与库（如PCL、Open3D），掌握点云滤波、分割、配准、重建等常用方法。

3. 加分项： - 有强化学习/模仿学习项目经验。 - 有灵巧手、多指操作或接触丰富任务经验 - 有Sim-to-Real落地经验。 - 有具身智能、机器人抓取或VLA模型相关经验 - 在机器人或机器学习顶会（RSS、CoRL、ICRA、IROS、CVPR、ICCV、NeurIPS等）发表过论文。
