酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1. 一线服务问题支持：负责客户日常使用产品时的技术问题支持，针对重大或疑难技术问题，协调产研团队制定维修方案，确保客户问题及时解决；处理客户投诉中的技术争议，协调产研团队提供专业解释与解决方案，维护品牌形象。 2. 服务知识库整理：汇总归纳核心问题形成FAQ知识库，并及时同步至客服、工程师；制作售后运维相关资料，包括但不限于排障手册、维修视频，维修手册等资料。 3. 问题分析及推动改善：负责整理分析客户使用问题及意见、机器故障，及时反馈并推动产品质量改进，提升用户使用体验。 4. 团队技术能力提升：负责运维团队业务技能提升，持续完善培训资料并提供培训赋能，开展客服、工程师岗位技能认证工作。 5. 可维护性要求：结合客户需求及历史服务问题完成新产品可维护性设计，推进在产研&质量部门的落实。

1.本科及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化、计算机或相关专业优先。 2.具备出色的问题解决能力和沟通能力，能够快速应对售后服务中的各种挑战，能够站在客户的角度迅速解决客户问题。 3.掌握基础的编程知识（如Python、C++）、软硬件调试方法，能配合研发团队完成问题复现与整改验证。
