1、参与智能制造、工业自动化、设备数据采集、生产管理等系统的设计与开发。 2、使用 Python、C# 等语言进行后端服务、工业数据采集、设备接口及自动化工具开发。 3、使用 JavaScript / TypeScript，基于 Vue / React 开发前端应用及可视化系统。 4、参与数据库设计、数据建模、SQL开发及数据处理，能够根据业务需求设计合理的数据结构。 5、参与工业设备、传感器、PLC、机器人等相关系统的数据采集与软件集成。 6、使用 AI 编程工具进行快速开发、调试、重构和问题分析，持续探索 Vibe Coding 在实际工程中的应用。 7、参与从需求分析、方案设计、编码开发、测试部署到上线维护的完整软件项目。 8、与自动化、设备、工艺、IE等团队协作，将软件技术应用到实际生产场景中。

1、具备一定的自动化设备或自动化工装方案设计能力。 2、能够根据生产工艺和现场需求，提出自动化解决方案。 3、了解常见自动化机构，例如：直线模组、丝杆/同步带机构、气缸机构、夹爪/吸盘、输送线、机械手、AGV/AMR、OHT/物流设备、自动上下料机构。 4、有自动化设备、机器人、工装夹具、产线改造等项目经验优先。 5、熟悉 SolidWorks、Creo、Inventor 等至少一种3D建模软件。熟悉 AutoCAD 等2D绘图工具。 6、具备基本机械设计知识，了解材料、加工工艺、公差配合、机械传动等。 有实际机械结构设计或加工经验优先。 7、具备基本的电气、电路及自动化控制知识。 能够看懂基础电气原理图、接线图。 8、了解24V DC、220V AC等常见工业电气系统优先。 9、有PLC、机器人、运动控制或设备调试经验优先。 10、熟悉 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex、GitHub Copilot 等AI Coding工具中的一种或多种。 11、有 Python、C#、JavaScript/TypeScript 等编程经验优先。
