The posting

1. 协助开展人形机器人新项目整体质量策划，配合团队制定项目质量计划与阶段质量管控方案，运用FMEA、NUDD等专业工具完成研发质量风险识别、分析、归类及降级管控，前置规避研发质量隐患。 2. 依托IPD研发流程，跟进项目各技术评审节点，协助完成设计评审、物料选型评审、工艺方案评审等研发过程质量管控工作，严格把控研发阶段质量准入标准。 3. 协助搭建产品质量标准体系，参与制定研发检验规范、产品准入标准、设计质量判定标准，为产品研发、测试及转产阶段质量管控提供标准化依据。 4. 协助优化研发质量流程与管理制度，梳理IPD全流程质量管控短板与断点，推动研发质量管控体系标准化、规范化落地，助力公司研发质量体系迭代升级。 5. 跟进研发阶段各类质量问题的收集、汇总与初步分析，协同研发、测试、供应链团队完成问题整改闭环，沉淀质量案例，助力产品质量持续优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、自动化、电子信息、质量管理、工业工程等相关专业应届毕业生。 2. 熟悉机械结构、电子电路、嵌入式软件等相关专业课程知识，有实验设计、产品测试、质量管理等相关项目或实习经历者优先。 3. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通、协同推进能力，学习力强、执行力强、严谨细致，拥有极强的责任心、逻辑分析和标准化思维。 4. 乐于学习新技术、新流程，对人形机器人、智能装备行业充满热情，具备创新思维，敢于优化传统质量管控方法，愿意长期深耕研发质量领域。
