一、你将做什么 - 培训项目组织、执行、跟踪、更新：省、市、县级合伙人培训：履约类、合伙人解决方案类、合伙人经验分享类等的排期、报名、签到、物料与现场支持。 - 内容生产与沉淀：参与课件、SOP、操作手册、案例库、短视频 / 图文等培训内容的整理与制作。 - 平台与数据运营：维护在线学习平台，整理学习数据（覆盖率、完成率、满意度），输出基础复盘。 - 活动与社群运营：组织学习打卡、内训师分享、直播课等活动，提升员工学习活跃度。 - 客户培训支持：协助面向租赁客户的产品使用、安全操作培训，提升客户体验与续租。

二、我们期待这样的你 - 全日制本科及以上学历，2026 / 2027 届毕业生；人力资源、教育学、传媒、管理学、心理学等相关专业优先，专业不限。 - 热爱学习、培训，对「帮人成长」有热情，服务意识强。 - 沟通表达与组织协调能力好，做过学生干部、社团负责人、校园活动策划者优先。 - 熟练使用 Office（Word / Excel / PPT）；会图文排版、短视频剪辑、新媒体运营者加分。 - 有实习经历（HR / 培训 / 运营 / 教培 / 社群均可）、或校园新媒体 / 主持 / 讲师经验者优先。 - 踏实、细心、自驱，能在多任务中保持节奏，愿意从基础执行做起。 三、培养路径 第 1–3 月 · 入职融入 + 培训执行 第 4–6 月 · 独立负责小型项目 第 7–12 月 · 轮岗 + 专项深耕 1 年后 · 培训运营骨干 / 主管储备 四、我们提供 成长：一对一导师、系统培训、清晰晋升通道 氛围：年轻务实、扁平协作、结果导向
