1. 设计机器人情感化表达 Schema，包括情绪风格、TTS 风格、表情、动作、强度和时序等字段。 2. 与设计师、模型训练、交互系统团队协作，建设机器人表情 / 动作 Token 体系。 3. 参与主动问候、主动澄清、主动恢复、主动安抚等主动交互能力设计与原型开发。 4. 构造情绪化回复、表情动作建议、主动交互正负样本和 Demo case。 5. 支持机器人 Demo 中表情、动作、TTS 风格和交互节奏的效果调优。 6. 参与表达自然度、情绪匹配度、主动误触发率等评测指标建设。

  • 2027 届本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、软件工程、数字媒体技术、人机交互等相关专业优先。
  • 熟悉 Python，具备基础工程开发和原型搭建能力。
  • 了解 LLM / VLM / Agent / Prompt / Tool Calling / 结构化输出中的至少一类技术。
  • 对机器人交互、数字人、TTS、表情动作、情感化表达或 HRI 有兴趣和项目经验。
  • 具备良好的结构化思维，能将体验需求转化为字段、规则、数据和接口。
  • 有机器人、数字人、语音助手、游戏 NPC、智能座舱、表情动作或主动交互项目经验者优先。
  • 具备一定体验敏感度，能够判断表情、动作、语气是否自然、克制、符合场景。

加分项 * 做过机器人、数字人、虚拟人、语音助手、智能座舱、游戏 NPC、AIGC 角色对话等项目。 * 做过 TTS 风格控制、情绪识别、表情动作驱动、动作 token、lip-sync、姿态生成、HRI 实验。 * 做过 Agent / Function Calling / 多轮对话 / 结构化输出项目。 * 有 Unity、Unreal、ROS、Android、Web Demo、动画系统、动作系统相关经验。 * 做过用户体验评测、主观评分、偏好数据构造或 DPO 数据构造。 * 有优秀 Demo、开源项目、比赛经历，或能展示完整项目产出。
