1、负责自动化测试云平台核心功能开发与优化，实现测试任务管理、用例管理、结果统计、自动化调度等核心能力 2、参与火山云、K8s云原生环境的测试体系建设，搭建云服务自动化测试、性能测试、稳定性测试框架，适配容器化、微服务业务场景 3、负责中间件测试适配与优化，基于MongoDB、Redis、Kafka完成数据层、消息队列的测试工具开发、压测脚本封装及稳定性校验工具搭建

1、全日制本科及以上应届毕业生，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业； 2、掌握计算机网络、操作系统、数据库、数据结构与算法等基础知识，代码功底扎实，熟练使用Python开发 3、熟悉Flask/FastAPI任意一种后端框架，了解Vue、React前端基础技术；熟悉K8s基础概念与使用，了解火山云平台基础操作 4、掌握Redis、MongoDB基础原理与使用，了解Kafka消息队列工作机制，具备基础的使用与调试能力
