1.电驱算法开发与测试验证： 负责机器人关节电机伺服驱动器及电驱系统的控制算法设计、实现与调试，实现高精度、高带宽的位置、速度及力矩控制，保障机器人关节的动态响应与系统稳定性。 2.使用MATLAB/Simulink搭建电机控制仿真模型，进行算法设计、验证与性能评估。 搭建测试平台，撰写测试用例，记录并整理测试数据，输出规范的测试报告。 3.PID参数调试与整定： 协助工程师在仿真环境及实物机器人关节上，对PID控制器进行参数调试与优化。 调整并跟踪不同负载、不同工况下的控制效果，确保系统的稳态精度与动态响应。 整机关节问题分析： 5.参与整机调试，针对机器人关节运行中出现的异常震荡、啸叫、过冲或响应慢等问题进行数据采集与分析。 定位是软件算法参数问题还是硬件/机械问题，并提出初步的解决方案。

1.学历专业： 硕士或优秀本科高年级在读，自动化、电气工程、机械电子、控制工程、计算机等相关专业。 2.基础理论： 熟悉自动控制原理（PID控制）、电机学（PMSM/BLDC）或电力电子技术。 编程与仿真： 3.熟悉C/C++，有嵌入式开发基础（如STM32、DSP等）。 4.熟练使用Matlab/Simulink或Python进行控制算法建模与仿真。 工具使用： 能够使用示波器、信号发生器、逻辑分析仪等调试工具进行波形抓取和分析。 软素质： 具备良好的文档撰写习惯，逻辑清晰，具有一定的英文文献阅读能力（论文调研必备）。
