1.DFT 设计评审：主导人形机器人核心硬件（主控板、伺服驱动板、多模态感知模组、电源管理板、关节控制器等）的生产测试可测试性设计，从测试需求合理性、功能覆盖率、量产可行性、制造风险、测试成本及可维护性等多维度开展专业评审，推动研发端提前规避量产测试痛点。 2.生产测试工艺方案制定与落地：牵头制定机器人模组、整机全流程生产测试工艺方案与判定标准，统筹协调研发、制造、供应链、质量等跨部门资源，按项目里程碑节点完成自动化测试工站的需求定义、方案评审、调试验收与量产导入。 3.试产成熟度收敛与量产目标达成：负责试产全流程的测试数据跟踪与统计分析，主导试产成熟度评估与问题收敛，系统性解决量产爬坡中的良率瓶颈，达成公司制定的量产良率、单台测试成本、产品 DOA及MTBF核心指标，保障产品按时高质量交付。 4.生产异常与不良问题闭环：快速响应并主导试产及量产过程中的产品不良分析、产线异常处理，机器人典型异常问题定位根因，推动责任部门制定并验证纠正预防措施，确保问题 100% 有效闭环。 5.工程变更与全生命周期风险管控：主导产品工程变更（ECR/ECN）的测试验证与工艺导入，负责测试工站的定期验收、稽查与版本管理；开展出货前产品质量风险评估与放行判定，持续监测量产后产品的重大质量风险并推动闭环，保障出货安全。 6.测试工艺资产沉淀与通用化建设：积累并完善各模块测试工艺 checklist、失效案例库与最佳实践，牵头建设人形机器人通用化测试平台与公版测试方案，推动成熟测试技术与工艺在跨项目、跨产品线的复用，持续提升整体测试效率与标准化水平。

1.硕士及以上学历，电子信息、通信工程、自动化、测控技术与仪器、机械电子工程等相关专业 2027届应届毕业生；有人形机器人、知名智能硬件公司测试 / 硬件相关实习经验者优先。 2.具备扎实的模拟电路与数字电路理论基础，通过电路分析、模电、数电等核心专业课程；了解以下至少两类模块的基本工作原理：伺服驱动、激光雷达（Lidar）、双目 / 深度相机、IMU、UWB、音频、射频、电池管理系统（BMS）。 3.了解电子产品研发设计基本流程与 SMT、组装、测试、老化等生产制造工艺；有硬件课程设计、全国大学生电子设计竞赛、RoboMaster 等机器人竞赛或相关科研项目经验优先。 4.具备优秀的逻辑思维与系统性问题分析能力，良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神；学习能力强，对硬件测试和量产工艺有浓厚兴趣，能承受一定的项目压力。 5.了解C++、Java、 Python、LabVIEW 等至少一种编程语言，有脚本编写或自动化测试经验优先；能够熟练使用 AI 工具辅助学习和解决问题。 6.了解统计学基础知识，有使用 Excel、Minitab 等工具进行数据分析的经验，接触过 GRR、CPK 等统计过程分析方法者优先。
