酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1.参与四足机器人具身智能产品规划，围绕工业巡检、巡逻、设备运维等场景，负责 VLA、VLN、VLM、Agent 等智能能力的产品定义与版本规划。 2.将“去哪里、看什么、找什么、怎么完成任务”等真实场景需求，转化为模型的输入输出、任务流程、能力边界、异常策略和验收标准。 3.参与具身智能平台建设，设计语义任务下发、任务理解与拆解、自主规划、环境感知、任务执行及结果反馈等产品能力。 4.与算法、数据、机器人软件及测试团队协作，将产品需求拆解为模型、数据、接口、评测和版本需求，推动 Demo、样机验证及客户试点落地。 5.建立具身智能产品评测体系，围绕任务成功率、准确率、响应速度、稳定性等指标，分析失败 Case，持续推动模型和产品体验迭代。

1.本科及以上学历应届毕业生，人工智能、计算机、机器人、自动化、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先。 2.对机器人和具身智能有浓厚兴趣，了解 VLM、VLA、VLN、Agent、任务规划、计算机视觉或大语言模型中的一项或多项基础概念。 3.具备较强的逻辑思维和产品抽象能力，能够把一个模糊的用户任务拆解为清晰的场景、流程、边界、指标和验收标准。 4.具备基本的数据和模型评测意识，能够结合测试结果和失败案例分析问题；会使用 Python、SQL、模型 API 进行简单分析或原型验证者优先。 5.有机器人、大模型、多模态、自动驾驶、智能体等相关科研、竞赛、实习、课程设计或个人项目经历者优先；具备较好的学习能力、沟通能力和责任心。
