酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1. 负责四足机器人多传感器（激光/视觉/IMU）融合感知、SLAM定位与三维路径规划算法的开发与优化； 2. 参与视觉语言导航相关算法的研发，实现基于VLM的智能导航与交互； 3. 完成从算法设计、仿真验证到真机部署的全流程工作，解决实际场景中的大场景高精度定位、动态避障、复杂地形适应等算法部署落地问题； 4. 构建和维护机器人导航系统的核心代码框架及模块，确保其高性能、高可靠性与可扩展性。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、机器人、自动化等相关专业，有机器人导航算法研发相关经验； 2. 扎实的算法基础：对于激光/视觉SLAM（如Fast-Lio, VINS）、路径规划（如A*, RRT， 轨迹优化）、感知（3D障碍物地图、目标检测、语义分割）、视觉语言导航其中至少一个方向熟悉且有项目经验； 3. 强大的工程能力：熟悉C++/Python，熟练掌握ROS/ROS2，有导航算法产品化落地经验； 4. 具备出色的分析解决问题能力和团队协作精神。
