2027届本科及以上学历，双一流院校毕业，专业不限，市场营销、工商管理、机械、自动化、计算机等相关专业优先； 对销售工作有明确兴趣，愿意接受销售目标和结果导向的工作方式； 具备较强的沟通表达、商务理解、人际交往和资源协调能力； 具有较强的主动性、抗压能力和目标感，愿意持续开拓新客户； 学习能力强，能够快速理解机器人产品、行业解决方案及客户应用场景； 能够接受一定频率的国内出差及区域市场安排。
