1. 设计灵巧手的整体硬件方案，包括主控板、电源管理、电机驱动和传感器接口 2. 实现EtherCAT和CAN FD等工业通信协议，搭建分布式控制系统硬件架构。 3. 进行硬件调试，解决信号完整性、电源完整性和电磁兼容性问题。 4. 负责硬件从样机到量产的全过程，优化成本控制和可靠性设计。 5. 撰写硬件技术文档，对接生产厂商，解决量产过程中的工艺问题。

1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，电气电子或机械电子相关专业。 2. 精通Altium Designer或Cadence软件，能独立设计4-6层PCB电路板。 4. 熟悉电机驱动电路设计，了解高速信号完整性和电源管理技术。 5. 掌握EtherCAT、CAN FD等工业通信协议的硬件实现方法。 6. 会使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等测试设备，有硬件量产和EMC设计经验。 7. 有机器人硬件开发经验的优先。
