1. 负责机器人多模态交互系统建设，将 ASR、视觉前端、机器人状态、端侧模型、云端模型、Tool、TTS、表情和动作串成完整交互链路。 2. 设计并实现 Session、Turn、Task、User、Tool、TTS 等状态管理能力。 3. 支持多轮对话、打断恢复、任务暂停、任务续接、多用户上下文管理。 4. 负责 Agent / Tool Use 链路，包括 Tool Schema、参数校验、工具调用、结果回注、失败恢复。 5. 接入模型结构化输出，完成 JSON Schema / Pydantic 校验、fallback、retry 和日志记录。 6. 支持端侧模型与云端模型协同，包括本地先答、云端补充、安全兜底和 route 结果消费。 7. 建立交互日志、Trace、Case Replay 和 Demo 调试工具。

* 熟悉 Python / C++ / TypeScript / Java / Kotlin 中至少一种； * 有后端服务、状态机、异步任务、Agent、RAG、Tool Calling 或多轮对话系统开发经验； * 理解 JSON Schema、Pydantic、Protocol Buffer、HTTP/gRPC/WebSocket 等接口设计之一； * 能够设计清晰的模块边界、错误码、日志和状态流转； * 具备较强工程实现能力，能快速搭建 Demo prototype； * 对机器人交互、语音助手、智能座舱或智能硬件有兴趣。 加分项 * 做过车载语音 DM、智能座舱、多轮对话系统、机器人交互系统； * 熟悉 Redis、消息队列、异步任务、状态持久化； * 做过 Agent / Function Calling / MCP / Tool Registry； * 做过 ASR、TTS、VAD、Barge-in、流式响应； * 熟悉 Android、Linux、ROS2 或机器人系统集成。
