1. 参与RaaS平台相关功能的开发与维护，完成需求理解、方案设计、编码、测试及上线； 2. 参与平台接口、业务模块及基础服务的开发，配合完成系统联调和接口测试； 3. 处理平台运行过程中的技术问题，开展日志分析、故障定位及功能优化； 4. 按照团队规范完成代码维护、开发记录、接口文档及测试说明； 5. 配合产品、测试和业务团队推动项目落地，持续提升平台稳定性与可用性； 6. 参与研发流程和开发工具优化，提升团队开发及交付效率； 7. 关注人工智能、机器人及RaaS相关技术，参与新技术调研与应用验证。

1. 2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业优先； 2. 掌握Java、Python、Go或C++中的至少一门编程语言； 3. 掌握数据结构、计算机网络、操作系统及数据库等计算机基础知识； 4. 了解MySQL、Redis、Linux、Git等常用技术和开发工具； 5. 具备良好的逻辑分析、代码调试及问题排查能力； 6. 做事认真负责，具备较强的学习能力和沟通协作能力； 7. 有后端开发、平台开发或完整项目实践经验者优先； 8. 了解Spring Boot、微服务、消息队列或容器化部署者优先； 9. 有大模型、Agent、机器人开放平台、GitHub开源项目或技术竞赛经历者加分。
