The posting

1. 负责多关节机器人运动学及动力学建模、辨识、仿真以及相关控制算法开发调试； 2. 负责机器人力控相关算法开发与调试，包括且不仅限于干扰观测器、碰撞检测、虚拟墙、零空间优化、导纳/阻抗控制、力位混合控制、全闭环控制等功能开发； 3. 负责双臂以及多冗余自由度形态的机器人全身力控算法开发，使机器人具备与环境接触时具备柔顺交互能力，并将传统力控和RL相结合，以获得更好的力控性能，最终实际场景进行应用开发完成产品化落地；机器人的运动规划算法开发：结合多自由度特性与协作任务的特点，设计路径规划、轨迹优化、实时反应式控制与力控等相关算法。 4. 负责调研和探索前沿的力控算法，包括全身力控，基于强化学习（RL）的智能力控，触觉反馈与视觉/力觉的跨模态融合力控，Force-VLA等方案； 5. 协助测试制定定测试用例及测试方案，根据测试反馈结果进行算法验证与优化； 6. 根据产品开发计划、功能需求以及实际应用场景完成相关业务程序开发及代码维护，不断对控制系统进行完善。

"1、硕士及以上学历，控制工程与控制理论、机械电子、计算机、自动化等相关专业 2、掌握机电系统闭环控制方法，熟悉模仿学习、强化学习算法，能够使用常见的仿真环境完成强化学习训练任务 3、熟悉机器人学、刚体运动学、刚体动力学；掌握常用的FK/IK方法，熟悉RBDL、Pinocchio等动力学库 4、熟练使用C++及python、isaac gym、isaaclab以及mujuco等仿真器，熟练使用linux系统 5、熟悉transformer，gru/lstm，CNN等的原理及其适用场景，以及在torch库中的使用 6、了解T-S与MoE架构，对前沿论文有所研究为加分项 7、需要具备一定的真机调试经验，能够快速定位问题，为加分项 8、有机器人竞赛（如RoboCup、DARPA挑战赛），优先录取"
