1. 参与LLM Agent应用的设计与开发，包括多模态输入、意图识别、多轮对话、工具调用及任务规划； 2. 参与Agent Runtime、会话上下文、结构化Memory及状态机驱动的任务编排； 3. 参与RAG链路建设，包括文档解析、文本分块、向量化、混合检索、重排序及答案生成； 4. 参与Multi-Agent协作机制的开发，包括任务路由、任务拆解、工具调用、结果聚合及异常兜底； 5. 参与Prompt版本管理、结构化输出、幻觉防御以及成本和响应延迟优化； 6. 参与离线评测和线上指标体系建设，跟进Bad Case分析与优化； 7. 关注大模型及智能体技术发展，参与新技术调研、验证及业务场景落地。

1. 2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、大数据等相关专业优先； 2. 具备扎实的Java编程基础，了解Java 17+及Spring Boot的基础使用； 3. 了解Redis、MySQL、HTTP请求、消息队列及单元测试等基础技术； 4. 了解LangChain、LangChain4j、LangGraph中的至少一种框架； 5. 了解ReAct、Plan-and-Execute、Function Calling等Agent基础原理； 6. 理解RAG核心流程，了解Milvus、Qdrant、Elasticsearch等任意一种向量检索工具； 7. 具备良好的代码规范、问题排查、学习和团队协作能力； 8. 有Agent或RAG项目、大模型应用竞赛、开源项目及技术博客经历者优先； 9. 接触过ASR、VLM、TTS、Spring AI、vLLM或SGLang者加分。
