负责机器人电子皮肤整体技术方案设计与技术路线论证，主导从原理 Demo 研发、性能验证，到工程化落地、量产导入全流程技术攻关；面向灵巧手 / 末端执行器视触觉感知场景，建立触觉传感体系，支撑机器人接触感知、力感知、滑移检测等核心能力落地。 1. 技术方案与路线规划 基于产品需求，完成电子皮肤总体技术方案设计，评估不同传感原理（压阻 / 电容 / 压电 / 光学等）、敏感材料、电极结构、信号读出架构优劣，确定技术路线；输出系统方案、技术指标、接口规范、风险评估报告，组织方案评审。 2. 前期 Demo 研发与验证 搭建原理样机，完成材料制备、传感器结构打样、信号采集电路调试；设计触觉性能验证方案，开展灵敏度、触发力、重复性、迟滞、蠕变、寿命、温漂等性能测试；完成滑移、接触定位、力解算等算法验证，输出 Demo 验证报告，评估方案可行性与短板。 3. 传感系统集成与标定 负责电子皮肤与读出电路、数采系统集成，设计标定方案，完成触觉图像重建、力 / 位置解算模型开发；解决串扰、噪声、温度漂移、动态响应等关键技术问题，提升触觉信号质量。 4. 工程化与量产导入 推动电子皮肤从 Demo 原型向工程样机、小批量试产转化；开展 DFM 可制造性分析，优化材料配方、成型工艺、封装方案；识别量产工艺良率、一致性、寿命等瓶颈，制定整改方案，推动工艺固化与量产导入。 5. 供应商与技术文档管理 对接材料、薄膜、柔性电路等供应商，开展器件 / 材料技术评估、样件验证、技术协议制定；沉淀测试标准、标定方法、失效分析案例，维护全套技术文档，构建触觉传感技术知识库。 6. 跨团队协同攻关 协同结构、硬件、算法、产品团队，对齐性能指标与交付节点；参与产品需求评审，持续迭代电子皮肤方案，支撑灵巧手、末端执行器等机器人产品的触觉功能落地。

1. 硕士及以上学历，材料、微电子、测控、自动化、机器人等相关专业；有柔性触觉传感器 / 电子皮肤研发经验。 2. 熟悉至少一类柔性触觉传感原理（压阻 / 电容 / 压电 / 光学触觉），掌握敏感材料、柔性薄膜、微结构制备或柔性电极相关基础。 3. 能够独立完成原理 Demo 搭建、性能测试与数据分析，熟悉触觉传感器关键指标：灵敏度、触发力、迟滞、蠕变、循环寿命、串扰、温漂等。 4. 具备从原理样机到工程化、量产导入的项目经验，了解柔性器件成型、封装工艺，熟悉失效分析方法。 5. 具备良好的方案撰写、实验设计能力，较强的问题定位与风险识别能力，能独立主导技术方案评审。 6. 加分项： - 机器人灵巧手 / 末端执行器触觉项目经验； - 触觉信号解算、滑移检测、接触力重建相关算法经验； - 熟悉 COMSOL 等仿真工具； - 有柔性传感器量产工艺落地经验。
