1. 参与机器人云端后端系统开发，包括 OMP 设备运营管理平台、灵心平台、开放平台、交互云端链路、智能体平台 等核心模块。 2. 负责机器人设备管理相关能力建设，包括设备接入、设备状态、任务管理、远程配置、OTA、日志诊断、告警监控、权限管理等。 3. 参与灵心平台和智能体平台后端开发，支持 Agent 配置、技能管理、工具调用、记忆管理、版本发布、运行状态追踪等能力。 4. 参与交互云端链路建设，支持语音、文本、图片、多模态交互场景下的会话管理、模型调用、上下文管理、RAG 检索、任务编排等能力。 5. 参与开放平台和开发者生态建设，包括开发者账号、应用管理、API Key、OAuth 授权、接口开放、应用上架、调用统计、文档服务等。 6. 负责后端服务的接口设计、数据库设计、服务拆分、核心业务逻辑开发和性能优化。 7. 参与系统稳定性建设，包括限流、熔断、重试、降级、监控告警、日志追踪、问题排查和线上故障复盘。 8. 参与 CI/CD、自动化测试、灰度发布、回归验证等工程效率建设，提升系统交付质量。 9. 与产品、前端、测试、算法、机器人本体、运控、交付等团队协作，推动需求从设计到上线闭环。

1. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、电子信息等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2. 熟悉至少一种后端开发语言，如 Java / Go / Python / C++，有 Java 或 Go 项目经验者优先。 3. 掌握计算机基础知识，包括数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库、分布式系统基础等。 4. 熟悉常见后端开发框架，如 Spring Boot、Gin、Go-Zero、Django、FastAPI 等其中一种或多种。 5. 熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis、MongoDB、Elasticsearch 等常见数据库或中间件的基本使用。 6. 理解 HTTP、RESTful API、WebSocket、RPC、消息队列等常见服务通信方式。 7. 了解 Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD、Linux 基础操作者优先。 8. 对机器人、AI Agent、具身智能、云服务平台有兴趣，愿意深入业务场景解决真实问题。
