1. 负责产品研发阶段的质量策划、过程管控与问题闭环，保障产品从原型到量产的质量稳定性。 2. 制定研发阶段质量标准、测试规范与验收准则，参与产品设计评审，识别设计缺陷与质量风险，提出改进方案。 3. 跟进研发样机测试（可靠性、安规、性能、环境等），推动测试问题分析、定位与整改，跟踪验证闭环。 主导研发阶段失效分析（FA），协同硬件、结构、软件、供应链团队，解决试产/量产前的关键质量问题。 4. 建立研发质量数据体系，统计分析缺陷率、问题解决时效，输出质量报告，推动设计优化与流程完善。 5. 对接供应链质量，参与供应商物料认证、样品验证，管控物料研发阶段质量风险。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子信息、自动化、机械工程、材料、质量管理等相关专业。
