1. 负责产品的社交平台形象设计，持续洞察并分析业界竞品以及口碑运营动作、效果，结合用户反馈和数据表现，明确产品IP以及差异化宣传策略; 2. 制定国内及海外口碑传播策略并推动方案落地，规划传播矩阵及传播节奏，建立与核心媒体的合作关系、联动KOL/KOC，优化多平台内容分发策略，推动策略/活动落地，通过打造口碑爆点形成产品IP及传播记忆点; 3. 持续挖掘产品宣传机会点，主导产品故事、产品技术解读、用户案例等内容创作，与业务部门紧密互动，了解业务变化，确保核心服务传播点及时、有效; 4. 建立口碑效果评估方法，明确指标体系，通过传播活动效果分析复盘，筛选高ROI内容类型持续提升口碑传播效果。

1. 本科及以上学历，具备头部品牌/互联网公司产品营销和媒体运营实习经验，科技/消费电子行业经验优先； 2. 具有实战应用经验、熟悉社媒主阵地的传播玩法及工具使用，能制定整合传播方案； 3. 具备敏锐的热点捕捉能力和创意策划能力，有网感，擅长UGC运营、社媒用户运营，擅于将服务价值转化为传播记忆点； 4. 出色的英文沟通和写作能力
