1. 课程体系构建：围绕公司机器人平台的二次开发能力（SDK、API、仿真环境等），构建面向开发 者的系统化技术培训体系；开发具身智能相关课程，涵盖感知、规划、控制、人机交互等核心技术 模块。 2. 高阶课程开发与讲授：担任二次开发、具身智能、高级算法等课程的核心主讲讲师；开发实战型培 训内容，结合真实场景案例与项目实训；面向开发者大会、合作伙伴技术日等场景，开展技术讲座 与工作坊。 3. 开发者需求洞察与课程转化：与核心开发者、合作伙伴技术团队保持深度沟通，理解技术痛点与学 习需求，将共性问题转化为课程案例与实战模块，持续优化课程内容。 4. 售后服务场景技术支持：结合售后二次开发相关技术问题，开发专项故障诊断与解决方案课程，为 一线服务工程师提供技术指导与答疑支持。 5. 培训效果评估与优化：通过学员反馈、技能测试、实际工作表现等维度评估培训效果，基于数据持 续优化课程内容与教学方式。 6. 内外部协同与赋能：与研发部门紧密合作，确保培训内容与技术同步；对接授权培训伙伴，支持其 技术能力的标准化建设；推动从研发到服务的技术知识传递机制建立。
