1、参与数据平台建设：在导师带领下，参与覆盖数据采集、标注、挖掘、分析、存储及复用的全流程数据平台设计工作，理解一站式数据服务中台如何支撑研发、测试、落地等不同阶段的数据需求。 2、协助核心模块产品设计：参与数据采集、标注、挖掘、分析等核心模块的需求调研、竞品分析、原型设计与 PRD 撰写，在实践中学习如何平衡功能完整性与用户易用性。 3、探索 AI 智能化能力：学习并参与基于 LLM、RAG、NLP 等技术的平台智能化改造探索，了解数据服务如何向 Agent 化演进，尝试提出可落地的产品设想。 4、跨团队协同与项目跟进：协助推进产品从需求到上线的落地过程，配合研发、算法、测试、业务等团队沟通协调，在真实项目中锻炼项目管理与协作能力。 5、用户洞察与体验优化：参与用户调研、反馈收集与数据分析，从用户视角提出产品优化建议，协助建立体验反馈闭环。 6、持续学习与技术业务融合：主动学习具身智能业务逻辑与前沿 AI 技术，思考数据平台与 AI 技术的融合场景，逐步培养兼顾业务价值与技术可行性的产品思维。

1、学历专业：本科及以上应届毕业生，工科相关专业优先(计算机科学、电子工程、自动化、数据科学、人工智能、机器人等专业为佳)；跨专业但有相关项目/实习经历者同样欢迎。 2、对具身数据的兴趣与理解：对具身智能、机器人、数据平台有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入钻研其业务逻辑与技术趋势；有过相关课程、竞赛、科研、实习或个人项目经历者优先。 3、学习能力：具备优秀的自驱学习能力和快速上手新领域的能力，面对陌生的技术概念和业务场景，能主动查阅资料、拆解问题、快速补齐认知。 4、数据基础：了解数据采集、标注、分析的基本概念与常用工具，对数据仓库、数据处理流程有初步认知；有数据分析(SQL、Python 等)相关经历者加分。 5、AI 技术兴趣：对 LLM、RAG、NLP、Agent 等 AI 技术有基本了解和学习热情，能说清其核心逻辑与典型应用场景；有 AI 相关项目/实践经历者加分。 6、思维与沟通能力：逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的需求拆解、问题分析与结构化表达能力；沟通协调能力好，具备团队协作意识与用户同理心。 7、产品基本功：了解产品经理工作流程，能使用原型工具或者vibe coding输出简单原型；有清晰的文档撰写能力；有产品实习、需求文档或个人产品作品者优先。
