1、本科及以上学历，新闻传播、广告、市场营销、人力资源等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的内容策划和文案能力，能够独立完成选题、采访及内容输出； 3、熟悉主流社交媒体平台的运营逻辑，具备良好的网感和热点敏锐度； 4、具备基础摄影、视频剪辑或视觉审美能力者优先； 5、有雇主品牌、新媒体、品牌营销或企业文化相关实习经验者优先； 6、主动性强，认真负责，对品牌传播和人才议题保持热情。
