酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1.市场研究与客户开发：了解机器人行业及应用趋势，识别目标客户，通过主动联系、客户拜访、展会及合作伙伴等渠道拓展销售线索，挖掘合作机会。 2.客户需求挖掘:通过客户交流及现场调研，了解应用场景、业务痛点和预期目标，梳理预算、采购计划及决策流程，判断商机价值并制定跟进计划。 3.产品介绍与方案协同:掌握公司产品功能、应用价值及能力边界，开展产品介绍，协同解决方案和技术团队完成方案交流、产品演示及场景验证，推动客户认可。 4.商务跟进与项目转化:在团队指导及公司授权范围内，参与报价、投标、商务洽谈和合同签约，跟踪关键节点与项目风险，协调内部资源推动销售机会转化。 5.交付协同与回款跟进:做好客户需求与交付信息的衔接，协同相关团队推进项目交付、客户验收、开票及回款，及时响应客户问题并推动闭环。 6.客户经营与目标执行:维护客户关系，关注使用反馈，挖掘复购、增购及其他场景合作机会。规范记录客户与商机信息，定期复盘销售进展，承担与培养阶段相匹配的客户开发及销售目标。

1.本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、机械、电子信息等理工科专业，或市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先；其他专业具备相关能力及实践经历者亦可。 2.对具身智能、机器人及智能硬件行业有兴趣，愿意从事企业客户销售，能够接受主动拓客、持续跟进项目及承担销售目标的工作要求。 3.表达清晰，善于倾听和提问，能够准确理解客户诉求，并根据不同沟通对象调整表达方式，建立良好的合作关系。 4.能够主动学习产品知识，理解基本技术原理、适用场景和能力边界，并从效率、成本、安全等角度向客户说明产品价值，不要求具备研发能力。 5.具备主动性、责任心及目标意识，能够拆解任务、持续跟进并及时反馈问题；面对客户拒绝或项目变化，能够调整方法，协同团队推动进展。 6.能够使用常用办公软件完成资料整理、基础数据分析及汇报材料制作；具备诚信、保密和合规意识，能够根据业务需要适应出差、客户拜访及展会活动。

加分项 1.有 B 端销售、商务拓展、客户服务、售前支持等实习经历，参与过客户接洽、需求整理或项目跟进。 2.有机器人、人工智能、物联网、自动化或智能硬件相关实习、科研及竞赛经历。 3.在创业、商业竞赛或校园实践中承担过对外合作、资源拓展、产品演示等工作，并能说明个人贡献及成果。
