临界点AGILINK是智元孵化的、专注灵巧操作的具身智能机器人公司，致力提供可靠、高性能的灵巧操作与数据闭环解决方案。产品覆盖针对不同场景的高中低三档灵巧手、夹爪、数采终端等。

1. 负责视触觉传感器感知算法模型开发与迭代，基于传感器视觉图像数据、触觉压力/形变数据，开发触控识别、力值检测、姿态感知、物体识别、纹理辨识等核心算法模型。 2. 负责数据采集、清洗、标注与数据集搭建，针对不同场景、不同材质、不同压力工况构建标准化训练数据集，保障模型泛化能力与识别精度。 3. 搭建模型训练、验证、测试流程，完成模型参数调优、轻量化适配、精度优化，解决信号噪声、识别误判、响应延迟、场景适配差等问题，满足产品实时性、准确性指标要求。 4. 负责多模态数据融合建模，实现视觉成像与触觉感知数据的联动融合，提升传感器多维感知、环境适配、精准检测的核心能力。 5. 将训练完成的模型落地部署至嵌入式终端，配合软硬件团队完成模型移植、适配、调试，输出算法模型文档、部署方案，支撑产品样机调试与量产落地。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器学习、自动化、模式识别等相关专业。 2. 精通Python，熟练使用PyTorch、TensorFlow等框架，熟悉CNN、Transformer、时序模型等常用算法结构，掌3. 握图像识别、时序数据拟合、多模态融合算法。 4. 具备独立的数据处理、模型训练、调优、轻量化部署能力，熟悉嵌入式端模型推理加速、量化压缩技术。 5. 了解视触觉传感器数据特性，有触觉感知、柔性传感、视觉-触觉融合算法开发经验者优先。 6. 具备较强的算法落地能力，能够结合硬件特性优化模型性能，逻辑清晰，善于解决实际场景中的算法问题。
