Genie业务部专注打造可作业的通用具身智能机器人，以技术研究与场景落地并重，通过数据与算法驱动、软硬一体协同，引领智能作业新革命。目前我们已推出了一系列算法、硬件和软件，包括具身基座大模型、精灵G1/G2/G2 Air产品矩阵及Genie Studio一站式具身智能开发平台等，应用于工业、商业等作业智能场景。

我们正在寻找一位热衷于机器人技术的开发工程师，加入我们的团队。 作为机器人SDK生态开发工程师，您将负责开发和维护机器人SDK的核心模块，包括通信中间件、传感器模块、机器人本体控制等，提供标准化、高易用性和可靠性的接口。除此之外，您还需要和世界一流的算法同事密切合作，搭建算法应用框架，支持最新VLA/RL等算法落地，在联合开发过程中持续不断抽象出通用功能，增强SDK的生态能力，赋能我们的合作伙伴和客户。

主要职责： - 开发和优化机器人SDK的通信模块、传感器模块、机器人本体控制模块等； - 设计并实现高质量的SDK接口，确保良好的可用性和扩展性； - 设计并维护集采集、训练、推理为一体的具身算法应用框架； - 开发SDK配套的可视化工具链，支持编译、调试、部署等功能； - 编写SDK使用文档和算法集成Demo； - 提供SDK相关的调试和售后支持，及时解决客户和内部团队遇到的问题； - 跟踪最新的机器人算法，实现高价值Demo，打造领先的软件生态； - 持续改进SDK性能，提升开发效率和系统稳定性。

  • 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；
  • 熟悉Python/C++/Rust中至少两种，具有扎实的编程能力；
  • 有机器人相关的研究和开发经验者优先；
  • 熟悉ROS（Robot Operating System）者优先；
  • 熟悉VLA/RL模型训练和使用者优先；
  • 熟悉感知/PNC/SLAM等自动驾驶算法优先；
  • 热爱机器人开发，积极主动，具有团队合作精神；
  • 良好的编程习惯，注重代码质量和可维护性；
  • 对交付的软件有高度责任心，能够确保软件稳定、可靠。
