任职要求 1、学历 全日制本科及以上学历，2027届应届毕业生或毕业一年以内。 2、经验 不限工作经验。有销售、市场、客户服务、社团外联等相关实习或项目经历者优先。 3、能力要求 具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作意识，有意愿从事销售支持与运营工作； 具备较强的学习能力和培训潜质，有公开演讲、授课、培训或辅导他人的实践经验者优先； 对数据敏感，具备基础的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等办公工具，能通过数据发现问题； 具备客户服务意识，善于维护客户关系，有较强的共情能力和解决问题意愿。 4、行业背景 有B2B销售、保险、教培招生、直销、微商运营、房产经纪等相关行业的实习、兼职或校园实践经历者优先。 5、驻地与出差 入职后派驻核心城市或省中心城市，能够适应50%左右的出差频率，接受阶段性异地工作安排。
