参与具身智能 VLA 大模型的研发,涵盖模型架构设计、预训练与后训练/微调全流程; 跟踪并复现业界前沿 VLA 工作(如 π0 / π0.5、RT-2、OpenVLA、RDT、GR00T 等),针对真机场景做算法改进与创新; 参与机器人多模态数据(视觉、语言、本体感知、动作)的采集、清洗、标注与处理 pipeline 建设,构建高质量训练数据集; 负责模型训练、评测与部署,在仿真与真机上完成闭环验证与快速迭代; 探索模仿学习、强化学习、flow matching / diffusion policy 等技术的应用。

2026/2025 届应届毕业生,计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、电子工程、数学等相关专业,硕士及以上学历; 扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础,熟悉 Transformer、多模态大模型、扩散模型/流匹配等核心原理; 熟悉至少一种主流 VLA 模型(如 π0.5、OpenVLA、RT-2、RDT 等)的原理与实现,了解其数据处理与训练流程; 熟练使用 PyTorch(或 JAX),具备大规模/分布式模型训练经验; 良好的工程能力与代码习惯,能独立完成实验设计、调试与结果分析; 对具身智能/机器人学习有强烈热情,学习能力强,具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
