1、面向双足人形机器人的移动操作（Loco-Manipulation）场景，研发视觉—语言—动作（VLA）模型，实现从指令理解、环境感知到全身动作生成的闭环； 2、研究双足移动与操作的一体化学习，使机器人能够在动态平衡的基础上完成抓取、搬运、整理、工具使用等复杂任务； 3、探索模仿学习与强化学习方法，参与数据采集、模型训练、策略优化、评测验证和真机部署的全流程研发； 4、研究长序列任务中的技能衔接、手脚协同与全身控制，提升机器人在复杂环境下的任务成功率、稳定性和泛化能力； 5、跟进 VLA、Loco-Manipulation 和机器人学习领域的前沿研究，推动算法在双足人形机器人上的实机验证与量产落地。

1、计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、熟悉深度学习基础，具备良好的 Python 编程能力，能够使用主流深度学习框架开展模型训练与实验； 3、在 VLA、多模态学习、具身操作、模仿学习、强化学习、Loco-Manipulation 或全身控制等方向具有研究或实践经验； 4、了解机器人运动学、动力学、规划与控制的基本方法；具备双足机器人、机械臂、仿真训练或真机实验经验者优先； 5、具备较强的论文阅读、实验分析和问题定位能力，能够独立推进算法实验，对双足人形机器人和具身智能落地有浓厚兴趣。
