1. 参与具身智能大模型前沿算法研究与体系设计，尤其是VLA具身基础模型、世界模型的架构创新、训练范式与优化迭代。 2. 研究大模型驱动的具身任务规划、运动控制/交互/作业大模型、具身强化学习、闭环交互推理等核心算法，基于世界模型实现环境建模、时序预测、行为预演与决策优化。 3. 设计并落地具身学习框架，包括仿真到现实迁移（Sim2Real）、具身数据蒸馏、自监督 / 弱监督学习、离线 / 在线具身学习等关键技术。 4. 探索大模型在人形机器人、四足机器人、移动操作机器人等平台上的通用能力边界，如复杂操作、长时序任务、人机交互、环境自适应与多机协同。 5. 负责将前沿算法转化为可验证、可迭代、可落地的具身智能系统与场景能力。 6. 跟踪国际前沿技术，输出技术路线、研究报告、顶会论文与发明专利。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业， 2. 熟悉Transformer原理、SFT、RLHF等，具备完整模型训练与调优实战能力 3. 熟悉 VLA模型原理、训练范式与推理机制，深入理解视觉 - 语言 - 动作联合建模与端到端学习 4. 熟悉世界模型相关技术，包括环境动态建模、状态预测、行为仿真、基于模型的强化学习与规划优化 5. 深入理解机器人核心技术：场景理解、任务 / 行为规划、操作 / 运动控制、多模态感知与闭环执行 6. 熟练使用 PyTorch，具备扎实的算法实现、模型训练、实验复盘与问题定位能力 7. 参与过SOTA大模型训练者优先 8. 有顶会论文（ICML/NeurIPS/ICLR/CVPR/ICRA等）或高质量开源项目者优先
