1. 制定售后服务体系战略，统筹售后服务体系（工单、备件、远程运维、SLA）的建设与运作，面向持续攀升的设备保有量规划服务体系演进，对服务网络布局、产能建设与数字化投入做出投资决策； 2. 构建售后满意度体系（NPS/CSAT/VOC）闭环，持续提升服务质量与客户体验，把服务质量转化为口碑与客户复购； 3. 建立服务成本模型与费效管理，规划增值服务产品，在保障服务质量的前提下持续优化服务成本； 4. 主导服务模式转型：被动维修转主动运营、线下服务转远程数字化运维、备件体系重构，前置服务能力； 5. 治理远程运维、备件、服务政策等多模块团队，通过模块负责人搭建管理梯队、以机制带团队； 6. 建立批量问题治理与服务数据反馈机制，以服务视角反向驱动产品与流程改进，协同相关部门管理客户预期。

1. 机器人、汽车、智能硬件、高端装备等行业售后运维 10 年以上经验，3 年以上大型服务组织售后一号位经历； 2. 规模化量产设备售后管理经验（硬性要求）：必须具备 10 万台以上存量设备规模化的售后管理经验，熟悉服务网络布局、备件运营、维修产能规划与质量闭环等量产服务体系运作； 3. 主导过公司级客户满意度体系（NPS/CSAT/VOC）的搭建与持续改善，有以服务质量驱动客户留存、复购或品牌竞争力提升的实操成果； 4. 有服务业务经营管理经验：成本管控、服务定价、服务产品化（延保／服务合同／增值服务），有推动服务组织改善经营结果的实际案例； 5. 有海外服务体系布局经验，英语可作为工作语言，熟悉行业头部企业的服务网络与经营模式标杆，能对标先进规划体系演进； 6. 具备服务经营思维，高压韧性强，能在复杂高压环境下稳住服务底线与团队状态；跨线沟通影响力强，坚持客户视角
