1、投资文件管理 协助公司投资部门进行日常文件的签署与管理，帮助合规审核，确保档案可追溯。 2、投后运营支持 支持已投企业的投后和运营管理工作，定期收集已投企业的业务与财务数据，协助完成投后管理分析与报告。 3、其他事务 支持其他日常工作，协助外部投资人/访客接待与日程安排，协助部门工作流程和体系的维护和优化，负责部门内的信息收集与整理等。

1、211院校背景，本科及以上学历，不限专业，具备经济、财会、法律相关的知识储备最佳。 2、2026年应届毕业生或2年以内工作经验，基金投后管理、基金运营助理等相关工作经验优先。 3、熟悉企业内部流程管理、文件流转规范，对企业投后管理工作有一定了解。 4、具备极强的细心度与责任心，对文件细节敏感，沟通协调能力强。
