1. 声学产品研发与设计：负责机器人领域的产品声学方案设计、开发及优化，包括扬声器、麦克风、声学腔体等核心部件的选型与匹配，确保产品声学性能达标。 2. 声学仿真与测试验证：运用声学仿真软件（如COMSOL、VA One、LMS Virtual Lab等）进行声场、声辐射、隔声等仿真分析，预判产品声学问题并提出改进方案；制定声学测试方案，使用声学测试设备（如消声室、半消声室、声学分析仪、麦克风阵列等）完成产品频响、失真、信噪比、隔声量等性能测试，撰写测试报告并推动问题整改。 3. 声学问题解决与优化：针对产品研发、试产及量产阶段出现的声学相关问题（如杂音、失真、音量不足、隔声效果差等），组织跨部门沟通，开展根因分析并提供可行的解决方案，跟踪优化效果直至问题闭环。 4. 技术文档编写与沉淀：编制声学研发相关的技术规范、设计手册、测试标准、研发报告等文档，沉淀研发经验，完善公司声学技术知识库；参与专利挖掘与申请工作，撰写声学相关专利文件。 5. 跨部门协作与技术支持：与结构、电子、软件等部门紧密协作，确保声学设计与产品整体设计兼容；为生产部门提供声学技术支持，解决量产过程中的声学工艺问题；配合市场、销售部门，提供声学技术咨询与产品声学性能解读。 6. 行业技术调研与创新：跟踪国内外声学领域的前沿技术、行业趋势及竞争对手动态，开展技术预研工作；推动声学技术创新，将新技术、新方案应用于公司产品，提升产品核心竞争力。

1. 本科及以上学历，声学、机械工程、电子信息工程、自动化、物理学等相关专业；硕士学历优先，有相关领域核心技术研发经验者可适当放宽学历要求。 2. 3年及以上声学相关研发工作经验，有消费电子/汽车声学/建筑声学等相关行业工作经验者优先； 3. 具备完整的声学产品从研发设计到量产落地的项目经验者优先； 4. 应届生需具备扎实的声学理论基础，有相关领域国家级科研项目、竞赛获奖经历或高质量论文发表者优先。

专业技能： 1. 精通声学基础理论（如声波传播、振动与噪声控制、电声转换等），熟悉扬声器、麦克风、声学材料等核心器件的工作原理与性能参数； 2. 熟练使用至少一种声学仿真软件（COMSOL、VA One、LMS Virtual Lab、ANSYS等）及声学测试设备（声学分析仪、消声室、麦克风阵列、声级计等），具备独立开展仿真分析和测试验证的能力； 3. 具备较强的声学问题分析与解决能力，能快速定位问题并提出有效改进方案；
