1、技术战略与规划：结合机器人业务场景（服务、工业、巡检等）需求与行业技术趋势，制定声学前端技术 roadmap，明确短期迭代目标与长期创新方向，统筹声学硬件适配、算法研发、工程化落地全流程，确保技术方案贴合产品量产与场景化需求。 2、核心技术研发与落地：主导机器人声学前端核心算法研发与优化，包括但不限于麦克风阵列处理、波束形成（BF）、回声消除（AEC）、噪声抑制（NS/ECNR）、语音分离、声源定位（DOA）、语音活动检测（VAD）等，结合传统信号处理与深度学习技术（如DCCRN、FullSubNet等），提升复杂环境下的拾音清晰度与抗干扰能力；负责算法的工程化落地，适配机器人端侧算力约束（Jetson/RK等平台），优化延迟、功耗与内存占用，解决量产过程中的声学技术难题。 3、硬件与算法协同：协同硬件团队完成麦克风阵列（环形/线形/柔性）、声学结构件的选型、设计与调试，解决机器人头部空间受限、结构复杂带来的拾音妥协问题，实现“硬件+算法”协同优化，提升声学前端整体性能；对接扬声器、音频处理模块，完善语音输入输出全链路体验。 4、团队管理与建设：搭建并管理声学前端研发团队（算法、工程化），明确团队成员职责与成长路径，组织技术培训、代码评审与技术攻关，提升团队整体技术能力；营造创新氛围，推动团队跟踪ICASSP、Interspeech等顶会技术进展，落地技术创新。 5、项目统筹与协同：统筹声学前端相关项目的立项、推进与验收，制定项目计划，把控项目进度与质量，协调跨部门（产品、硬件、测试）资源，解决项目推进中的技术瓶颈与协同问题，确保项目按时交付；建立声学前端算法评测体系与测试标准，保障产品声学性能达标。 技术创新与优化：跟踪机器人声学领域前沿技术（如自适应ECNR、智能拾音、多模态声学感知等），结合业务需求开展技术预研与创新，落地差异化技术方案；收集产品反馈与场景数据，构建数据闭环，持续迭代优化声学算法，提升产品用户体验。 6、合规与质量管控：针对工业、特种机器人等场景，确保声学前端技术方案符合行业相关标准，协同质量团队完成失效分析与风险防控，保障产品稳定性与可靠性。

1. 学历与专业 硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、声学、信号处理、通信工程等相关专业，5年以上机器人/消费电子/车载声学前端研发经验，2年以上团队管理经验。 2. 核心技术能力 扎实的数字信号处理（DSP）基础，精通机器人声学前端核心算法（BF、AEC、NS、DOA、VAD、语音分离等），具备丰富的算法设计、优化与工程化落地经验。 熟悉麦克风阵列技术（环形/线形/柔性），了解机器人声学结构设计要点，具备“硬件+算法”协同优化经验，能解决机器人狭小空间、复杂结构下的拾音难题。 精通至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow/Kaldi），有基于神经网络的声学前端算法（如语音增强、分离）研发与落地经验，了解端侧模型压缩、量化与部署技术。 熟练掌握C/C++/Python编程语言，熟悉Linux开发环境，具备机器人端侧（嵌入式/ARM/DSP/NPU）算法部署与优化经验，能解决低延迟、低功耗约束下的技术问题。 熟悉机器人多场景声学痛点（如商场、工厂、展厅等复杂噪声，风扇噪声、运动机械噪声干扰），有服务机器人/工业巡检机器人/特种机器人声学前端项目量产落地经验者优先。 3. 团队管理与项目能力 具备优秀的团队管理能力，能搭建高效的研发团队，制定合理的考核与成长体系，激发团队活力与创造力。 具备较强的项目统筹能力，能独立负责大型声学前端项目的全流程推进，善于协调跨部门资源，解决项目中的复杂问题，确保项目按时保质交付。 具备良好的技术决策能力，能在复杂约束（延迟、功耗、成本）下做出最优技术选择，平衡技术先进性与产品落地性。 4. 其他要求 具备强烈的责任心、创新意识与攻坚能力，能快速响应业务需求，解决量产落地中的突发技术问题。 良好的沟通表达与跨部门协作能力，能清晰传递技术方案，推动跨团队协同落地。 有国际顶会（ICASSP、Interspeech）或核心期刊论文发表，或开源声学算法项目经验者优先；有功能安全认证（如ISO 26262）相关经验者优先。
