-负责建立、完善并执行公司的整体风险控制策略、制度、流程和风险评估模型。全程监控基金“募、投、管、退”各环节的风险指标，进行测量、监控和分析。 -全面负责财务风控，包括专户监管、出资核查、报酬计提核算、估值、分配测算、资金流水穿透核查；独立审阅被投项目财务报表、审计报告，识别收入造假、虚增资产、关联资金占用、内控缺陷、税务合规等财务风险，出具独立风控意见。 -与投资部门紧密合作，负责日常业务合规检查，包括拟投项目的财务尽职调查；提供合规咨询与支持，传递合规政策。 -协助完成产品备案、重大事项变更、年度信息披露更新；对接相关机构，配合现场检查、专项核查、年度审计、反馈答复。 持续跟踪、研究并解读监管部门的法律法规和自律规则，确保公司运营符合最新监管要求。

-优秀院校背景，本科及以上学历，持有 CPA、中级会计、税务师等财会证书优先。 -具备5-7年私募股权基金合规岗位工作经验，包括财务风控或投后风控等，或投资相关的会计、审计、法律、监察、稽核经验。 -熟悉私募基金全流程财务逻辑：专户监管、估值核算、业绩报酬与分配、税务等；能独立识别标的财务造假、资金挪用、关联交易、税务风险。 -工作严谨，具备极强的细心度与责任心，性格亲和、处事积极灵活，沟通协调能力强。
